The Foundation's Board of Trustees consists of eight (eight) members, including both natural persons and representatives of legal entities (if any).
In the event of a vacancy in the membership of the Board of Trustees due to death, resignation, or any other cause, elections shall be held for the vacant memberships based on the recommendation of the Board of Directors or the members of the Board of Trustees and the decision of the Board of Trustees.

DUTIES AND POWERS OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
The board of trustees is the foundation's top decision-making body. The board of trustees has the following powers:

a) To elect the board of directors and the board of auditors.
b) To discuss and review the annual report prepared by the board of directors of the Foundation and the reports of the board of auditors, and to decide the board's dismissal,
c) Approve, as-is or with modifications, the draft internal regulations of the Foundation to be drafted by the Board of Directors.
d) Adopt the proposed annual budget to be produced by the Board of Directors, either as-is or with modifications.
e) To determine whether members of the board of directors and supervisory board who are not public officials will be entitled to attendance fees and, if so, the amount of such fees;
f) To make necessary additions and amendments to the foundation's deed; and
g) To determine the Foundation's general policies regarding its activities.
